IP Deep Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy is a valid contract between IP Deep (including but not limited to the IP Deep official website, applications, API interfaces, and all other service platforms) and you (hereinafter referred to as "User") regarding refunds for the purchase and use of IP Deep products and services. Your act of clicking to confirm on the web page, making actual payment, calling the API, or using IP Deep services in any other way shall be deemed as your full reading, understanding, and agreement to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
It is hereby reminded that you should carefully read and pay special attention to the following clauses regarding the refund policy.

I. General Provisions of Refund Policy

In view of the fact that the proxy IP service provided by IP Deep is an instantly consumable digital product, the user confirms and agrees:

  1. Basic Packages and Data Plans: For all prepaid packages (such as monthly packages, annual packages) and data plans, no refunds will be given in principle once payment is successful and activated. In particular, data plans become available for use from the date of purchase, and no refunds will be provided regardless of whether the user actually uses them or not.
  2. Customized Services: All customized services provided based on user-specific needs (such as exclusive IP segments, specific regional customization, customized concurrency, etc.) will not be refunded once confirmed and paid, as resources have been specially deployed and reserved for you.
  3. Exceptional Circumstances: Only in the case of a major technical failure of the IP Deep platform itself, which results in the service being completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, and after the failure is confirmed by IP Deep official, the user shall have the right to contact customer service to apply for a refund or equivalent service compensation for the unused part of the service. The specific plan shall be determined by IP Deep according to the actual situation.

II. User's Obligation of Prudent Testing and Understanding

IP Deep strongly recommends that users make full use of our free test quota, experience packages, or short-term trial services before purchasing large quantities of packages or paid services, so as to fully evaluate whether the quality, speed, stability, and compatibility of the proxy IP meet the needs of your application scenarios. The user undertakes that they have fully understood the product characteristics through official documents and actual tests before paying, and purchase behavior caused by insufficient testing or mismatched scenarios shall not constitute a reason for refund.

III. Use and Consumption of Services

After successfully purchasing IP Deep products, the user will obtain the corresponding right to use proxy IPs, data quota, or service duration. The service validity period is calculated from the date of purchase, and data or duration will automatically become invalid upon expiration regardless of whether the user actively uses them or not. The user is responsible for properly managing their account and API key, and shall bear the responsibility for unauthorized usage and consumption caused by key leakage.

IV. Service Scope and Stability Commitment

  1. IP Deep is committed to providing stable and reliable proxy IP services, but does not guarantee the availability, access success rate of its proxy IPs on specific target websites (such as social media, e-commerce platforms, etc.), or the results of triggering the anti-crawling mechanisms of target websites.
  2. IP Deep is not obligated to provide technical support or compatibility guarantees for other software, programs, or devices built or used by the user.

V. Refund Process and Fee Deductions

If the exceptional circumstances described in Article 1.3 of this agreement occur and IP Deep approves the refund after review, the refund operation will follow the following rules:

  1. Refund path: The funds will be returned to the user's original payment account via the original route.
  2. Fee deductions: The following parts will be deducted during the refund:
    • (a) Fees corresponding to the data consumed, IP duration used, or number of API calls made by the user;
    • (b) Transaction fees and channel rates charged by payment channels (such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, bank cards);
    • (c) Any promotional benefits provided in the form of grants, coupons, free data, etc.;
    • (d) Other direct losses related to this transaction and refund.

VI. Pre-procedure for Dispute Resolution

If the user has any questions about service quality, bills, or any orders, they should first contact us through the online customer service on the IP Deep official website or the designated contact email, and provide detailed order information, problem description, and necessary evidence (such as screenshots of error logs). Our customer service team will first verify and seek solutions for you. Friendly negotiation is the primary and necessary step to resolve all disputes.
